Here you will leran about how to set up the Callbackhunter widget, step by step.

1. Creating the widget. Press the”Add widget

2. Insert the “website domain” address. In this case “asaptickets.co.uk

3. Incoming calls. Here you need to fill in all phone neumbers of your managers that will be receiving calls.

4. SMS-report. This is the phone number for SMS – notifications. SMS will be sent in case of a successful call or in case if your managers did not answer the incoming call.

Next – press “Save and continue” and proceed to the next step

 

5. Setting up timezone and widget working hours.

At the time specified the widget will offer to “Order a call” now. The rest of the time it will offer to order a free callback.

 

6. Email for notifications. Enter at least one email address for notifications.

Next – press “Save and continue” and proceed to the next step

 

7. Choose the widget version. (v. 5.0 by default)

This is the version we advise to install.

 

8. Code and setup. Copy the cody manually or by pressing “Copy to clipboard” and paste to your website before the closing tag </body>.
